At IL FANTINO, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience. If you wish to exchange or return a product, please read the following terms carefully:
1. Return and exchange policy:
- Returns: The customer has the right to request a refund within (3) days of the date of receipt, according to the following conditions:
First: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all its accessories.
Second: Return procedures: Money will be refunded to the original payment method used in the purchase process after reviewing the returned product.
Third: If, during the inspection process, we find that the product to be returned or exchanged is free from the aforementioned error or defect, or is found to be in a condition other than its original one, meaning that it shows signs of use or damage to the original carton, colors, or any other appearance compared to the product when received during the purchase process, then the value will not be refunded and the product will be returned to the customer with him bearing all expenses.
Fourth: In the case of accepted refund requests, the amount will be refunded within one business day to a maximum of 7 business days.
- Replacement: If you wish to exchange, you can do so provided that the replacement product is available and this is within (24) hours from the date of receipt, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition with all its attachments.
For accepted exchange requests, we aim to deliver within 3-7 business days. This timeframe may be affected by the customer's geographical location or unforeseen circumstances.
- Exchange and return costs: The store covers shipping costs if there is an error or defect in the product. The customer bears the same costs if there is no defect in the product but the return is due to a size difference or because they no longer want the product.
2. Return and exchange conditions:

- Product safety: The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging.
