4. Shipping and Delivery:

- Delivery time: We aim to deliver orders within 3-7 business days. This time may be affected by the customer's geographical location or emergency circumstances.

- Guarantees: We are responsible for orders until they reach the customer. In case of a delivery problem, please contact us immediately.

5. Exchange and return policy:

- Return: You can return any product within (24) hours from the date of receipt, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition with all its attachments, mentioning the order number, the customer’s address, and a contact number.

- Replacement: If you wish to replace, you can do so provided that the replacement product is available within (24) hours from the date of receipt, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition with all its attachments.

- Return Procedures: The money will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase after reviewing the returned product.

- If during the inspection process it is found that the product to be returned or replaced is free from the aforementioned error or defect or is found in a condition other than its original condition, meaning that it shows signs of use or damage to the original carton, colors or any other appearance compared to the product when received during the purchase process, the value will not be refunded and the product will be returned to the customer with him bearing all expenses.

- In case of accepted return requests, the amount will be refunded within one business day and up to a maximum of 14 days.

- In the case of accepted exchange requests, we aim to deliver orders within 3-7 business days. This period may be affected by the customer's geographical location or emergency circumstances.

- Replacement and return costs: The store bears the shipping costs in the event of an error or defect in the product. The customer bears the same costs in the event that there is no defect in the product but due to a difference in size or that he no longer wants the product.
